TASTE OF CULTURE Accra’s iconic Independence Square came alive today as Taste of Culture unfolded into a vibrant celebration of Ghanaian heritage, drawing crowds from across the city and beyond. From the early hours of the morning, the vast grounds buzzed with excitement as food lovers, creatives, families, and tourists gathered to experience the rich diversity of Ghana’s culture in one space.

The aroma of traditional dishes filled the air, with vendors serving local favorites such as waakye, fufu with soup, banku and tilapia, kenkey with fried fish, and an array of regional delicacies. Each stand told a story, highlighting the unique flavors and cooking traditions passed down through generations.
